(“Company”, “us”, or “we”). This Privacy Policy governs your use of the Website and describes what information we collect from you and how we use that information. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any sites that may now or at some future time be linked to or from the Website, nor does it apply to information we may collect offline.

Users Outside the United States.

Our website is operated from our facility within the United States of America (USA) but may be accessed from anywhere in the world. Personal Information collected on this Website may be stored, transferred to, and processed in the United States or any other country in which Company or its affiliates, subsidiaries, or agents maintain facilities. By using this Site, you consent to any such transfer or storage of your information outside of your country.

We make no representation and take no responsibility for any applicable laws and regulations outside the USA. If you are located outside the USA, data security laws in the USA may not offer as much protection as the laws in your country of residence. Company’s Services and/or Website are not directed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18, and individuals under the age of 18 are not eligible to use this Website or the Services.
